Carol R. Glauberman graduated from Harvard College summa cum laude in 1975 and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She graduated from Harvard Law School magna cum laude in 1978 and received a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University in 1984. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States Tax Court.

After serving a clerkship with the United States Tax Court and engaging in private practice with other firms in the New York area, she became of counsel to the firm in 1997. She is a member of the American Bar Association Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, the New York State Bar Association Trusts and Estates Law Section, and the New York City Bar Association.
