Melissa C. Bryson practices in the area of estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, fiduciary services, asset protection planning and charitable planning. She has experience designing and implementing sophisticated strategies to minimize estate, gift, generation-skipping, and income taxes. Melissa enjoys assisting clients in navigating complex tax, business, and familial issues to find the most effective and efficient solutions to achieve their goals.
Melissa graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from Wake Forest University in 2012 and earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2015. At Wake Forest University School of Law, she served on the Moot Court Board and earned CALI awards in the Business Law Clinic and in Real Estate Transactions. Melissa earned a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law in 2017.
Melissa is licensed to practice in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and North Carolina. She is a member of the Trust and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
