Melissa C. Bryson practices in the area of wealth transfer and estate planning, including issues specific to estate administration, charitable giving, gift tax planning, limited liability companies, partnerships, Subchapter S corporations, and corporate transactions. She enjoys assisting clients in navigating complex tax, business, and familial issues to find the most effective and efficient solutions to achieve their goals.
Ms. Bryson graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from Wake Forest University in 2012 and earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2015. At Wake Forest University School of Law, she served on the Moot Court Board and earned CALI awards in the Business Law Clinic and in Real Estate Transactions. Ms. Bryson earned a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law in 2017.
