Wendy Teller advises individuals and families on estate and gift planning by integrating asset protection, lifetime gifting strategies and business succession planning. Wendy drafts a wide range of documents, including wills and revocable trusts, as well as insurance trusts, dynasty trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, spousal limited access trusts, and intentionally defective grantor trusts. Wendy also has experience in complex estate and trust administration and has successfully represented clients in federal estate tax audits.   

Wendy is an active member of the New York City Bar Association, where she currently serves on the Trusts, Estates and Surrogate’s Courts Committee. She earned her B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton and her J.D. from the Washington College of Law at American University. Prior to joining the firm, Wendy was a partner with a mid-sized New York law firm in its Trusts and Estates department.
