Mr. Kelly earned his B.A. in 1980 from Fairfield University, and was Associate Managing Editor of the Law Review at St. John’s University School of Law before graduating with his J.D. in 1988.
He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York and before the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. Kelly has developed a diverse practice and enjoys working with his colleagues to manage a broad range of estate planning and administration issues. He has lectured to various groups on estate planning topics. Mr. Kelly is listed in New York Super Lawyers.
Mr. Kelly has three daughters and lives with his wife, Kathy, in Wantagh, New York. He enjoys music and travel.
