The firm notes with sadness the passing on June 25, 2026 of our dear and longstanding colleague, Gloria S. Neuwirth, who became a partner in 1995 and retired to her position as Senior Counsel in 2025. Gloria was a prominent pioneer in the field of trusts and estates, yet ever modest and unassuming. Her personal touch with clients and her dedication to them will especially be missed, but her strong example will continue to inspire us.
With great sadness, the firm passes along the news of the death of our long-time Partner and Senior Counsel, William T. Buice, III on November 10, 2025. His legacy of many friendships and achievements through his esteemed career has left us with many memories.
