Davidson Dawson & Clark is delighted to welcome and congratulate its newest associate, Giancarlo A. Conte, into the firm.

Mr. Conte’s practice focuses primarily on Estate Planning and Estate Administration.

Mr. Conte assists clients in developing, crafting and implementing their estate plans by drafting Wills, Trusts and other ancillary estate planning documents which include Powers of Attorney and Health Care Proxies. Mr. Conte also aids clients and their beneficiaries in the Estate Administration process, from the initial probate filings through to the final distribution of assets.

Mr. Conte graduated cum laude from George Washington University in 2020, with a B.A. in Political Science and History. Mr. Conte went on to earn his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2023.

Mr. Conte is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut. He is a member of the Columbian Lawyers Association as well as the Trust and Estate Sections of the Connecticut and New York State Bar Associations.

With great sadness, the firm passes along the news of the death of our partner Robert C. Miller on April 28th, 2023.  Bob will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
