Danielle Carter joined Davidson, Dawson & Clark LLP as an associate attorney in May of 2024 after spending more than a decade practicing trusts and estates at boutique law firms. She provides clients with clear and thorough analyses when addressing inquiries, and enjoys helping clients find the best ways to protect themselves, their families, and their legacy through careful planning.

Ms. Carter received her A.B., cum laude, in Psychology and Theatre Arts, from Mount Holyoke College in 2002, and earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2012. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association Trusts and Estates Law Section.

Ms. Carter was born and raised in the Bronx, and she enjoys exploring city parks with her family. She resides in New York City with her wife, a journalist, where they are raising their two young daughters.
