Matthew J. Cipriano is an Associate in the firm’s New Canaan office. He earned his B.S.
*cum laude* from Marist College in 2021 and his J.D. magna cum laude, with a Certificate in Tax Law, from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2025.  Mr. Cipriano is admitted to practice in Connecticut.

While in law school, Mr. Cipriano worked as a legal intern in the Quinnipiac School of Law Tax Clinic, where he represented taxpayers in proceedings before the Internal Revenue Service and the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services. Additionally, Mr. Cipriano worked as a legal intern with the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel. He is a member of the Estate and Probate Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.

Mr. Cipriano resides in Milford, Connecticut, where he enjoys spending time on the water and fishing.
