Carolyn M. Glynn graduated from Vassar College in 1988 and from Brooklyn Law School in 1990. She is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and the State of New York. Based in the New York City office, Carolyn specializes in advising high net worth private clients and business owners with the preservation, optimization and transfer of assets. She views each client and family relationship as unique, and believes that a genuine bond of trust between her and the client is essential for best possible outcome.

Carolyn is a member of the New York State Bar Association Trusts and Estates Law Section and periodically lectures before bar associations and other professional organizations. In her spare time, explores underwater environments around the world as a certified scuba diver.
